Hi! My name is Regan Birr, a solopreneur, as well as Executive Director and founder of the Lupus Research Foundation, a nonprofit raising money for lupus research.
I am a motivational speaker and health expert on reducing inflammation and LIVING A HEALTHY LIFE with a chronic illness!
I have lupus and was very ill with life-threatening kidney involvement: for 2.5 years I took intravenous cytoxan, an immunosuppressant chemotherapy, which reduced the activity of my (overactive) immune system and (thankfully) put me into remission.
With a change in diet (anti-inflammatory, low-glycemic diet), and a NEW exercise program that is LOW-TORQUE and EASY on the JOINTS, I gained my life back.
Now I enjoy long-term remission and I want to share with everyone how EVERYONE can use these techniques and experience a healthy life by doing SIMPLE, SUSTAINABLE things!
