Red Willow Catering

Red Willow Catering will assist you in all phases of preparing for your event. From first contact until the last dish is put away, we will work with you to see your vision happen. Whether it is a small lunch meeting for 20 people or a wedding reception for 300, we want your experience to be stress-free.
Red Willow Catering will personally put together a menu that reflects your tastes and budget. You will communicate personally with Danine or Delana to determine your menu, level of service and other logistics of your event. We are able to help you plan, and execute the event you are dreaming of.

Red Willow Catering is the culmination of a dream of sisters, Danine Bahnsen and Delana Gorman. The sisters grew up in the farming area of Wages which is between Holyoke, Haxtun, and Yuma, Colorado. Danine resides on the home place south of Paoli, and Delana lives north of Yuma near the former site of the Red Willow School. Both are married with children and they have been successful in many endeavors.
Danine has worked in the food industry for years in a variety of positions. She has worked as wait staff, management, and cooked at many fine establishments. She has also run her own successful cottage industry bakery in Kansas. Her baked goods were coveted items at farmer's markets and many other events.
Delana is an active farmer and hairstylist. She worked behind the scenes during the time that their parents owned the pizza restaurant, Schmidt's, in Holyoke. Delana is the active Children's Education Coordinator at the Yuma Nazarene Church where she uses her talents writing and implementing children's curriculum such as Vacation Bible School and Sunday School education.
