I started playing the violin when I was 7 years old after my dad taught me the basics. From there, my love for music continued to grow as I played in church and later joined a mariachi band, where I gained valuable performance experience and developed an appreciation for different musical styles.
As I got older, I became involved in my school's orchestra program, working my way up and participating in full orchestra performances as well as string quartets. These experiences helped me grow as a musician and performer while teaching me the importance of teamwork, dedication, and connecting with an audience.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to perform in a variety of settings, each of which has helped shape me as a musician. Those experiences have strengthened my confidence, versatility, and passion for sharing music with others, and they continue to influence the way I approach every performance.

My biggest musical influences come from genres like pop, rock, reggae, blues, boleros, and Afrobeats. I enjoy how each genre brings something different, whether it's storytelling, emotion, rhythm, or energy. Some artists who have influenced me the most are Natalia Lafourcade, Bob Marley, Adele, Beyoncé, Kali Uchis, Rema, and Silvana Estrada. I like how they each have their own unique style and aren't afraid to experiment with different sounds. Listening to their music has helped shape my taste and inspired the way I think about music and creativity.
