• Setup Requirements:
I require a small table and two chairs in a quiet, well-lit area (indoors or shaded outdoors). If these are not available, I can provide my own setup with advance notice.
• Space Needs:
Approx. 6x6 feet of space is ideal for a comfortable and private reading area. For larger events, I can create a more open “booth-style” setup to accommodate a higher flow of guests.
• Reading Length:
Readings can be customized based on your event type and timing. For events with many guests, I recommend 5–10 minute mini-readings. For smaller or more intimate gatherings, longer sessions (15–20 minutes) are possible.
• Noise Levels:
A relatively quiet space is ideal to allow guests to hear and connect with their readings. I can adapt to lively environments, but a more peaceful setting enhances the experience.
• Outdoor Events:
Shade and protection from wind or rain are necessary for outdoor bookings. Please let me know in advance if the event is outside so I can prepare accordingly.
• Travel & Timing:
I’m happy to travel to your event. Additional travel fees may apply depending on distance and duration.
