Red dirt outlaw country with a touch of blues..
What to Expect
Our band gives 120% to any venue. We are flexable and willing to work to ensure that all guests have a great time.
We play our own brand of blues, southern rock, outlaw, red dirt country. With a few oldies and traditional country songs added to the mix.
Razz Taylor is a singer-songwriter and performing independent recording artist living in south Florida.
Razz was raised along the shores of the ‘big water’ of Lake Okeechobee in south Florida and began singing for friends and family when he was just 6 years old.
At the age of 14 he wrote his first song, Grace and Loving Care, which is included on his first CD release, His Mercy. Razz wrote and composed 9 of the 10 songs on His Mercy and 9 of the 12 songs on his second disc, River of Life. He is currently completing his next compilation of all original country-western/’red dirt’ music.
In 2012 Razz formed the Mystic River Band with Kenneth Dunkley on bass guitar and Ricky McDonald on percussion. The group has been playing county and state fairs, clubs, honky-tonks and private venues all over Florida for the past 5 years.
The band is currently in production of a new album to be released in late October 2017. The initial single from the album, titled “They Call Me Country”can be heard on YouTube.
