About

Ray worked as a para-legal at RI Legal Services before attending graduate school at Stony Brook University, NY. In 1977, Mr. Mullaney received a Master’s Degree in Social Welfare with a concentration on Public Health. He began his 35-year career in NYC trading municipal bonds, at the height of the NYC fiscal crisis. His work has gained wide recognition and has been quoted in the NEW YORK TIMES, the BOSTON GLOBE, USA TODAY, and NATION’S BUSINESS and many other newspapers and professional journals. EQUITIES MAGAZINE called Mr. Mullaney, “a veteran investment advisor with a distinguished record of stock market forecasting and forensic accounting”.

Mr. Mullaney is a public speaker and author of many articles on investments, economics and financial planning. He represented Massachusetts at the White House Conference on Small Business and has served on the board of directors of various professional associations as well as several public, private and non-profit organizations. In 2005, Mr. Mullaney was given the “Most Distinguished Alumni” award from Stony Brook University, School of Social Welfare.

When it comes to technical specifications, Ray likes to keep things light. All that he really needs for an A+ presentation is a projector and a screen. If the room is of size that would deem it suitable, Ray would also like a microphone. Other then these few things, Ray is ready to go!
