I’m a multi-award-winning singer/songwriter with over 10 years of professional experience. I am leader/frontman for Ray J & The Moonshiners, and co-leader of the 2024 NM Entertainment Awards Top Country/Western Band, Coalesce Blue. Performing a mix of original songs with classic country, rock, and pop to entertain all ages and get a crowd dancing. Covering songs from legends such as George Strait; Randy Travis; Tracy Lawrence; Dwight Yoakam; Midland; Buffalo Springfield; The Rolling Stones; Tom Petty; Garth Brooks; Johnny Cash; Hank Williams (Sr, Jr, and III); BlackBerry Smoke; The Beatles; Elvis Presley, and many more!

What to expect
Country, Rock, and Pop songs geared towards encouraging a crowd to dance and sing along. I love to make the crowd feel as though they are a part of the show.
About
I was born and raised in Albuquerque, NM. I have over 10 years of professional music experience. I began playing guitar at 14 years old, joined my first band by 16 and have continuously worked with multiple bands in a full-time or fill-in positions on guitar, bass, drums, and vocals. I have worked with bands such as: Wagogo, Lonnie Yanes & The BTB Band, Outlaw 505, and Michael Rascon & Shapeshifter.
I am currently a full-time musician gigging throughout the ABQ metro and surrounding areas. In 2022 I won the Monsoon Music House songwriter’s competition with my band Coalesce Blue, in July of 2024 we won Top Country/Western band in the state of NM through the New Mexico Entertainment Awards. I am leader and frontman as well for Ray J & The Moonshiners.
