Qadir "Booderlo" Lowrie is just as unique as his family dynamic. This 17-year-old Rap singer/songwriter hails out of Chester, PA. a 5 square mile city located 10 minutes from Philadelphia. Qadir's charismatic and confident presence parallels his hometown, where the natives take pride in the distinct separation (Chester) from Philadelphia residents.

Surrounded by negative influences such as violence, drug abuse, and corruption will birth some unique characteristics in young men like Booder. His music reflects his reality to the tune of impacting almost every audience or listener. Growing up in a two-parent household, his father, Tahir Lowrie, is the owner and operator of Bicell Nation, the company to which Booder is signed. Tahir, has been in the music industry for the last 15 years managing artists and developing relationships and a real estate developer. A former athlete as well, one is likely to see highlights of Tahir playing intense defense against the late great Kobe Bryant in the late 90s in the Lower Merion/Chester High School basketball wars. Qadir's mother, Nadiyah Lowrie is currently a Wealth management banker for TD bank as well. Qadir is a young man primed, prepared, and founded for the industry and its pressures due to him being raised in an entrepreneurial-based home.

Growing up in Chester has caused Qadir to experience losing friends to senseless violence. Qadir's music renders all of the versatility of his character and experiences. Aside from his being introduced to the industry through his father, Booder is a star point guard for the Chester High school basketball team and a straight-A student who is far from a "nerd" regarding grit and charisma. His new project, "All IN," embodies all these facets and is guaranteed to grab and hold the listener's attention. In short, he is every inner-city young man; it's all in him! One may consider Qadir a "intellectual gangsta" and a gentleman or describe his music as intellectual gorilla rap, and this is just the beginning.
