I will arrive at your home /hotel /airbnb with a portable massage table, bringing all necessary supplies to provide a spa-like experience, including sheets, table warmer , towels, and massage oil/ lotion you can choose from various massage styles like Swedish, deep tissue, sports, or prenatal I customize the experience to fit what you need!

☀️Chair Massage Experience :
A chair massage is a massage that you receive while sitting in a chair. You can expect me to use techniques like acupressure, compression, and trigger point work on your neck, shoulders, back, arms, and hands.
This style of massage is great for the office to a conference center to a private event or at home! Chair massages are convenient and accessible. You don't need to disrobe or lie down. You can get a massage while staying seated. I bring my little portable table for my supplies, disposable face cradles, percussion gun ,Clorox wipes, hand sanitizer, etc. Chair set up can be outside in a shaded area or inside!

🧘🏻‍♀️Styles of Yoga I teach :

Yin yoga : works deeply into our body with passive, longer-held poses.
It targets the deepest tissues of the body, our connective tissues – ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. This is contrast to a Yang yoga practice such as Vinyasa yoga which targets the muscles.
Energetically, Yin yoga improves the energy flow, enhancing the flow of chi in the organs. To be healthy, we need healthy organs as well as healthy muscles.
A Yin yoga class usually consists of a series of long-held, passive floor poses that mainly work the lower part of the body – the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, lower spine. These areas are especially rich in connective tissues. The poses are held for up to five minutes, sometimes longer. Yin is almost entirely passive, relaxing all done on the floor! No standing poses. Beginner Friendly!

Vinyasa Yoga :
In vinyasa yoga, each movement is synchronized with a breath. The breath is given primacy, acting as an anchor as you move from one pose to the next. Vinyasa yoga allows for a lot of variety but will almost always include sun salutations. Expect to move from pose to pose. I can make the flow a more beginner style or advanced or a mixture of beginner and advanced modifications! Vinyasa yoga pace may feel more intense than other styles of yoga. Classes typically range from 45 to 60 minutes. I can provide mats for rental 2$ your guest can bring their own!
