Ragani Henna

I use natural, plant-based henna to create designs that range from simple to intricate. Most pieces take 5–30 minutes to apply, while larger or more elaborate designs—such as full sleeves or wedding henna—can take an hour or more per session. Jagua is available as an optional add-on for a deep blue-black stain; it requires extra lead time and includes an additional charge. Clients can choose from my design book or collaborate with me on a custom piece. For larger events, I can bring a second artist, and I’m happy to create themed design sheets tailored to the occasion.

I’ve been doing henna for over twenty-five years and still enjoy it as much as when I started. I work with natural henna and jagua to create designs that range from classic to modern. Whether it’s at a festival or a private event, I love helping people express themselves through this temporary art form.

I provide all henna materials and application tools. For outdoor or cooler environments, access to a small heater is recommended to help designs set properly. I need a clean, well-lit workspace with at least one small table and two chairs. If I’m booked for a larger event with multiple artists, additional seating and workspace are appreciated.
