Notes and Technical Info – Radio Replay
Performance Duration & Breaks

Standard set length: 2.5 to 3 hours total performance time, typically split into 2–3 sets with short breaks.
Can adjust performance length and structure to suit event needs.
Sound & PA Requirements
Radio Replay can provide a full professional sound system for events up to 300 people (indoor or outdoor).
For larger events or venues with existing in-house PA, we require:
Minimum 16-channel mixer
2–4 monitor mixes
Full-range PA with adequate subwoofers for danceable pop/funk/rock music
Professional sound engineer (if not providing our own)
Stage & Space Requirements
Preferred minimum stage space: 20 ft wide × 12 ft deep
Flat, stable surface free of tripping hazards
Shelter or covering for outdoor events to protect from sun, rain, and wind
Power Requirements
Minimum: 3 separate 20-amp circuits for sound and lighting equipment
Power should be located within 25 ft of stage area
Lighting Requirements
We can provide basic stage lighting upon request
For maximum visual impact, venues should provide or allow for a multi-light stage setup (LED wash lights, moving heads, effects lighting)
Load-in & Setup
Load-in typically requires 90 minutes before start time
Break-down and load-out require approximately 60 minutes after performance
Adequate parking/loading area close to the stage is preferred
Other Notes
We are fully self-contained and can adapt to a wide variety of venue sizes and event styles
Requests for song additions must be communicated at least 2 weeks before event date
