We would like to thank LED dancers very much for being such a great dance team on our June 10th 2023 wedding day!
We still keep receiving many compliments from our guests and everyone will remember that day as a special non boring and unforgettable event for their life. They danced with us during slow song and made all guests to dance during energetic disco time. A lot of people stayed till late and even kids danced with fun all night with adults. Our photos looks fantastic with them! LED wings had wonderful color light arrangements. You made our wedding day perfect and fun! Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic. Needed a professional stilt walker for a product promotion I was doing at a large show and Alex was fantastic. He was on time, great attitude, professional. As a fellow vendor myself I was blown away by how he worked with our clients and engaged with them. 10/10 recommend

Audrey came early to set up and was very professional and nice!

Everyone talked about how great the clown/balloon artist was and how kind and patient he was with the children. We definitely look forward to booking with RadiantSolz next year and adding more of their artists to the event. Highly recommend.

Alex is not a professional.
I am an event producer of 10 years now, I work primarily producing corporate events and private events all over North America.
In the 10 years I have been in business , I have never experienced this level of disrespect and unprofessionalism ever.
Working with Alex was extremely stressful, he is rude, condescending and lacks work ethic and common sense.
Alex of Radiant Solz , was unwilling to send requested photos of costuming for performers. I had to email him several times because he was non responsive. When he finally did respond he wrote his response “he would not send us pictures” of the basic black costumes”. See screenshots below.

When he did finally send a photo of a costume one of the costumes was a black sweatshirt? I’m not sure how a black sweatshirt and a black hoodie is a costume for a formal wedding?

At one point Alex threatened to cancel the whole project. I really wish he would have, because I would’ve got all my money back or not had to deal with them.

This event was for a wedding. This was the first time this bride was getting married, and the level of stress that Alex created for her was unbelievable.
He lacks empathy, manners , common sense and it’s just basically a huge rude unprofessional human.

This is perplexing because it’s pretty much an industry standard to send photos of costumes and video of performers for approval. . His lack of action to send photos was also a red flag for me.

When Alex finally did send a picture of costumes he sent a photo of a “girl in a black hoodie and black sweatpants”, this event was for a wedding , a formal black-tie wedding. Sweatpants is not a costume this is a sweatsuit.
We very clearly laid out instructions in our contract with a directions for costumes saying that the costumes needed to be black and it was a black tie formal event and the costumes need to be formal.

I had to overnight a professional costume for his performer, and that ended up costing me an additional $90 to ship. Because Alex did not have a proper costume for the performer.
He never acknowledged or even said Thank you.

Alex then began communicating directly with my client, and in one email told me he did not want to communicate with me directly.
Although the contract he signed is between Alex and my LLC.
Having a signed contract doesn’t matter with Alex because he’s going to do whatever the hell he wants. He’s not a professional.

He breached the contract several times. Non conforming, non participatory performance.

Alex Was extremely rude and disrespectful. This is one of the most stressful experiences I’ve ever had producing events in 10 years. I would never work with someone like this ever again.
Do your homework on Alex. Perhaps Alex is used to doing backyard festivals like burning man , but I work at corporate events and this is not how I represent my work ethic for my brand. Extremely disappointing, extremely disrespectful and extremely rude. Alex wasted much of our time stressing out over his lack of communication and disrespectful communications.
