I read a review that said this artist no showed and never refunded a client. But gave him the benefit of the doubt.

He cancelled at 8:30pm on a Thursday before a Saturday party. Reason he had to work another job.
Unprofessional especially when providing services for kids birthdays

We had such an incredible experience! He was amazing with the kids, helped each one feel comfortable, and made the coolest designs! Our 4 year old and his friends had so much fun with all the options and are still playing with the balloons a few days later! I would highly recommend!

We booked this face painter and paid in advance for multiple events. He canceled the bookings and said he would refund us the over $500 dollars. I was very understanding and gave him time to repay us. After months of no repayment and saying our checks were in the mail he ignores our calls and emails. As a small business this was a huge loss for us. DO NOT BOOK WITH HIM!!

You can respond to my review but wont answer my calls, texts, emails? Stealing from a small business is an awful thing to do. It's been months since you said you would repay us for canceling. Traveling or not you should have the courtesy to answer the phone and tell us your have a repayment plan.

We originally had a bounce house booked for our 6 year old and 4 year olds birthday, but weather did not participate. I put an quote in for the same day for a face painter, and Rick was available that day. He is so talented, and incredible with kids. He really saved the day and made our whole party. I would certainly have him again and refer him to friend! Thanks Rick!
