QT Cakes

We hired QT Cakes to make our wedding cake. The cake tasted great and was crafted well, but there were a couple of details that were not quite right. Since we paid so much money for the cake, I decided to let Susan know that. She was not having any of it. She got very angry, basically told us we were wrong, and went as far as to print off all of our email communications, highlight conversation points, and send them to my MOTHER. And may I add that many of the points she highlighted proved her wrong and me right. Very, very childish and unprofessional once you tell her she has done something wrong. Definitely not impressed and would NOT recommend.
