Psychic, spiritual advisor

I hired Sunshine in March for a party in May. She was to provide 2 psychics for a weekend girls trip. I booked early because friends were flying in to celebrate a big birthday. Sounded wonderful before booking and then went south. After booking she wanted additional money for costumes/decor. I said this was listed as part of the ambiance of her service and I wasn't paying extra. I in turn purchased items of decor to set the mood for this event. We built the theme night around the psychic entertainment. I reached out to her a week prior to the event (like all vendors I had secured) to confirm detail/address, etc. No response to my initial message. I then texted, called, messaged on gig salad over the next few days to confirm her attendance. No response to any of my messages. One day out I scrambled to replace her slot of entertainment for these out of town guests. I got a text from Sunshine at 3:00 am on the day of event saying her phone had died and she would show up! I had in good faith paid the full fee in March. At this point I didn't trust her word and was concerned about the quality of her service since we went 6 days with no response. I told her I had made other plans since I had not heard back from her and asked for a full refund. She said ok. Over the next 2 weeks, I chased her for the refund and I have never received. I would not hire this person unless you want hours of headaches and no responses....her professionalism was horrible, her communication was poor, and her business ethics are non-existent. I am not one to post negative comments, but I do not want anyone else to lose money to this person.
