I like to arrive early so I can park, meet the planner and the hosts, see where you'd like my table, set everything up, and be ready to go when guests are let in. I will bring my own cards, tablecloth, and signage.
My prices vary based on total amount of hours, the number of guests I'm doing readings for, and travel. I do require a non-refundable retainer/deposit of 50% to secure my time.
