Hi! I’m Jakia Wynn — a worship leader, creative, and community builder with a heart for seeing people grow deeper in their faith and connection with God. I’ve been leading worship since 2005, serving in various non-denominational churches throughout the city of Fayetteville, NC. Over the years, I’ve had the honor of building worship teams, mentoring musicians and singers, and helping create atmospheres where people can experience real, authentic worship.

I hold a Master’s degree in Worship Studies from Liberty University, which has shaped my passion for worship that goes beyond the stage — worship that transforms hearts, unites people, and points everything back to Jesus. Whether I’m behind a microphone, working with a praise team, or planning meaningful worship experiences, I love blending creativity, excellence, and a genuine heart for God’s presence.

Alongside my ministry work, I also serve as an Assistant Principal with Cumberland County Schools — a role that lets me pour into students, families, and teachers every day. No matter where I am — on a platform or in a school hallway — my mission is the same: to encourage, uplift, and help people grow into who they’re called to be.

When I’m not leading worship or leading teams, you’ll find me spending time with my family, singing, drawing, or beating someone at a good board game. I believe worship isn’t just a Sunday moment — it’s a way of life.
