Psalm 66

NO CHARGE!! I'm so blessed, I want to bless you!
1) Concert. I would love to play my Psalm 66 songs for you!
2) Jam Session. I'm bringing a few extra ukes, so you can find out how cool ukulele sounds and feels!
3) Learning Session. I love sharing how I choose and write scripture lyric songs, and would love to share my heart with you
4) Concert Bible Study. My concept: Sing Godz Word, then learn it! If you want to tag team, I'll sing, you preach!

From a musical family, I took piano lessons at 10. By age 11, my teacher was frustrated by my lack of practice, and offered me a theory book. I LOVE MUSIC THEORY!! Between my creativity and math acumen, I left the piano and took on theory and changed to guitar. A young singer songwriter was born!

When I accepted Christ at age 17, my music love joined the Jesus Movement (c. 1977) and I learned and wrote songs about my life with Christ. Eventually that led me to current passion to put bible verses to song. With influences like James Taylor, CSN, and Carol King, I put folk rock and light jazz influences to my original scripture songs.

Psalm 66:
As I wrote songs for my 63rd birthday, I decided to incorporate Psalm 63. When I played this for my sister, she suggested I do the same for Psalm 66. So, I made a suite of 5 songs containing the entire chapter, and have determined to play these songs during September along Route 66 (PS: I'll be 66 when I take this musical journey)! I have put my plans into a road trip designed to share my love of Route 66 with my love for the Psalm 66 suite (and all my other songs!!). I hope you will consider my ideas, and invite me to your church or iconic Route 66 location on the day I'm in your area.

1) I have a small sound system that is either AC or battery.
2) If you have a sound system, my ukulele has a 1/4 output and I just need one mic to sing.
3) I have charts and videos of all 5 songs. I would LOVE to jam with your musicians, if they want to learn any or all the songs.
