February 19, 2025Hi One Security did not provide the services and cancelled at last minute forcing me to hire an alternate security provider.

Unfortunately we did have to cancel due to some unforeseen issue. But last minute is deceptively worded. The gig was not canceled the day of the event so there was enough time to go with someone else which she did also giving the deposit back so saying we no showed but agreeing that we canceled and refunded you is giving a false narrative an it's not appreciated
