Project 2

We are a high energy group who will keep your event upbeat and fun. Our set list is completely customizable and we are willing to learn new tunes by request. We are more than happy to MC your event. We play 45-50 minute sets and take short 10-15 minute breaks. During our breaks we will play recorded music ensuring there is no break in the flow of the event (without you having to worry or hire a DJ).

Project 2 is a different kind of 80s band. We love the music and we think it speaks for itself, so we try to honor each song when we perform. Our focus is on providing top quality musicianship with each performance and leaving the cheese at home.
What makes Project 2 totally rad is that we not only have a kickin’ rhythm section and awesome vocalists, but also a hot horn section. The members of Project 2 have years of music experience, many from the world renown UNT school of music.
When you hire Project 2, you get a complete experience, not just the band, but the lights and sound as well, ensuring that you have a top quality event.

We do not require a stage and provide our own sound equipment and lighting for the stage and immediate dance floor area.
