With a very articulate musical rhythms vocabulary and precise grooves, I always play for the music and not for myself. I understand very well that theres nothing worst then a drummer that plays with the ego and dont support the foundation where the songs is built on.
If the music/song is either written, recorded, or just shown at the rehearsal or the gig, my attention is fully concentrated on making it sound as natural as possible and respecting the characteristics of the music style. Thats my contribution to the group or the project that I take part on.
