Booking information

Price range: $1100 and up

Insurance: $1,000,000 - Insurance Canopy Liability Insurance (proof of insurance is available on my website or by request)

What to expect

Planning Phase:
1. Schedule a FREE consultation; get a quote
2. Pay your deposit/save-the-date
3. Use my organized planning documents (and my online resources) to select songs for your event (i.e. first dance, cake cutting, etc)
4. Share the documents with me so that I may create the perfect mix for your Wedding Day!
5. While I always have FREE consultations, I follow-up with you about a week in-advance of your event date to confirm that everything is good to go.

Performance:
1. I arrive early for setup, soundchecks, and lighting installation so everything sounds great and looks great at your event.
2. I coordinate with all your other vendors, so everyone knows what is happening throughout the evening and when special events are happening (i.e. your photographer always gets that amazing shot, your bartenders know when the toasts/speeches will happen so your bubbly is poured on-time, and your wedding coordinator will be blown-away that your DJ is so organized and easy to work with).
3. I create a fantastic flow and amazing music mix for your event, which may include pre-ceremony music, ceremony music and microphone support, cocktail hour, dinner, reception and party time! The flow for your event is based on your input and the vibe you want create (that we discussed during planning).
4. Forgot some must-play songs? That's okay... I have a QR-Code song request system that I share at your event, so you and your guests can make those last-second song requests! Additionally, your guests will be thrilled with their song shout-out that keeps your dancefloor packed!
5. All great things must come to an end... and when your event is over, your guests will probably be talking for years about your incredible Wedding Day entertainment!

About

I started DJ'ing in 1997, and founded Professional DJ Services in 2003, as a mobile DJ/MC and Lighting company focused on creating incredible Wedding Reception entertainment. As a Military Veteran who served 22+ years on Active Duty at multiple duty stations, I gained experience, appreciation, and fluency in more than 40 music genres and dozens of sub-genres. So, whether you want Pop, Hip-Hop, EDM, Rock, Latin, Country, Dance or a variety of sub-genres (i.e. Texas Country, Tejano, Salsa, Merengue, Bachata, downtempo, Soul, Disco, etc), I work with you to make your vision for your event become a reality!

Additional booking notes

I use the highest-quality JBL Professional Series sound systems, crystal-clear microphones, and spectacular event lighting (including uplighting, string lighting, dance floor lights, disco balls, intelligent lights, and more). I am equipped to support completely "off-grid" wedding ceremonies (i.e. beach, mountain, or anywhere else with NO power). However, for the rest of your event, I require standard electrical power (or adequate generator power) within 100-feet of the performance area.

Ooooh... I don't have a typical set list, because I create a music mix that is unique to my clients. Of course, if you'd like to see my curated Spotify playlist that was inspired by a number of recent weddings, be sure to go to my website to see the playlist and hear some great tunes!

As a DJ/MC, I have performed throughout the United States and have been exposed to unique, diverse, and multi-cultural musical genres popular throughout different parts of the nation. I bring a wealth of musical diversity to every event, and I can work with you to perfectly achieve the musical vision for your event!

Setup requirements

I bring all of my own tables, stands, sound equipment, lighting, etc. I only require a 6-foot-by-6-foot working area.
