Technical Requirements for Our Services

To ensure a smooth and professional production, a few basic technical requirements must be available at the event site.

Power Access
A reliable and usable power source must be available on-site for production equipment. This typically includes standard 120V circuits or, for larger productions, access to higher-capacity power sources or generators.

Performance Area
A designated space for staging, speakers, lighting stands, and control equipment is required. The size will vary depending on the scale of the event and equipment needed.

Load-In Access
Reasonable vehicle access for unloading and loading equipment is necessary. This allows our crew to efficiently set up staging, sound systems, and lighting.

Weather Protection (Outdoor Events)
If the event is outdoors, provisions for weather protection such as tents, stage covers, or sheltered areas for equipment should be available or arranged in advance.

Setup Time
