We’re happy she said "yes" and glad you enjoyed the setup created with our exceptional vendors. Unfortunately, your review does not reflect the reality of what occurred, focusing solely on your photographer's perspective. Our team has been consistently transparent, including addressing the date discrepancy for which you previously apologized. Additionally, our services were well under $1,000, including GigSalad service charges — please avoid inflating costs for dramatization purposes.

We learned about your photographer, Nicole, after payment was made, and we fulfilled your request to coordinate with her. Unfortunately, she did not provide instructions to our team, leading to confusion to you. We have records showing we informed her of the details well in advance. She also informed us she FaceTimed you the location.

Regarding the location, you had discussions with management about the fireworks planned for that Friday and logistics. We arrived early at no additional charge to ensure everything was ready. Please review messages as you had no location request except “magic island.”

We strategically placed the arch to capture the best sunset angles, and we have documentation of that setup. If needed, we can share photos showing that the arch was positioned for optimal scenery, not just the skyline as stated.

It's incorrect to say Nicole the photographer was unaware of the location; the setup was finished by 3:45 PM, well before the contracted time. She met with our coordinators at 4:45 PM and communicated with you via FaceTime. Your late arrival time of 5:45 PM was shortly before sunset at 5:49 PM.

We kindly ask you to remove your inaccurate review, as it has real consequences for business. If not, we will take it with aloha.
