We booked him on very short notice and he handled everything with complete professionalism: he arrived on time, was respectful with our family, and understood the weight of the moment without needing it explained. My father served as a police officer, and hearing Taps played so beautifully gave him the honor he deserved. Everyone in the room was in tears.
