Alex was amazing! He was very prompt with communications, and accommodating, he was willing and able to adjust on the spot at the venue. He was friendly, kind, and patient, which is no easy task when having to deal with the chaos that is me and my family. He plays so beautifully, he had us in tears! He truly made our occasion, a surprise 80th birthday party for our mother, a treasured memory we will hold onto. We are so very thankful!
