Regional Pricing for Bartenders

Event review: We hired Vena for a birthday party at home. She arrived on time, made the signature drinks I requested (which guests loved), and even helped clean up throughout the night, which I appreciated. She is also friendly. However, several guests mentioned she made comments about not getting many tips, which made things a bit awkward. I wish she had communicated her pricing more clearly upfront, especially whether tips were expected or if a different rate without a tip jar was an option. Overall, she did a good job, but better communication about tipping would have made the experience smoother.

Event review: Gabriela was very knowledgeable with her drinks. We had a small Cinco de Mayo party and she offered us a few drink options that can be either with or without alcohol. Everything was so tasty and she was very friendly. Will definitely book again for the next event!
