Big Joe was awesome at pivoting for this big birthday celebration. We had this big plan to have him tell his stories around the outdoor firepit, but the "Perfect Storm," arrived. We brought the very attentive children into our home and Big Joe successfully held their attention and entertained them with very funny bedtime ghost stories. Very creative presentation and very interactive. We could hear the gusts of wind and pounding rain during his story time. It was truly a "Spooktakular Birthday Celebration." Thank you, Big Joe, for everything!

Thomas arrived on time and prepared. He stayed in contact with me leading up to the event, we discussed content and how long each story would be. I requested Colorado folklore stories and Thomas really nailed it. Telling stories to a bunch of adults in their early 30s must’ve been an interesting request so I really appreciate Thomas for their professionalism, leaning into the theme I requested, and being able to vibe off my guests during the interactive storytelling.

Jacqui was really engaging with the childern and staff throughout the three stories she told at the Cumberland Hub. All the stories had a moral at the end. These stories were well presented with props, actions and expression. They childern were able to dance while she did the face painting. The staff approched me after to tell me they enjoyed the storytelling. The songs were repetitiv by the end of story the childern can sing with her. The childern were singing the songs all afternoon after she left. We will definitely will have you back, Jacqui!
