Prestige Artwork and Designs/Photography

My photographer was Ruby Hatcher and I would never recommend this person as a photographer for any event. First of all, I only gave her the amount of stars she has because it is making me giver her something to submit this.. I would have given her a negative if possible. She constantly rescheduled us and she didn't fulfill any products she said she would do for our wedding. She cracked the memory card that had all the bridal party and family pictures, and to make things right she promised a refund ($300). She only gave me a third of what was promised ($100), and said we could set up a meeting when she had the rest. When I went to call her back to set up another meeting, she ended up changing her number. Getting a hold of her was like pulling teeth to begin with, and I feel she was the most stressful part of the whole wedding when pictures should be the most fun. I could say a lot more, but I don't think there would be enough space.
