Premier Sound was a perfect group for our Garden Party at Garvan Woodland Gardens. Their song selection was a blend of cherished classics, and the last three songs had a patriotic theme. Their harmony was wonderful and they really connected with our group when they shared short stories that added depth and meaning to their performance. They were also very professional, responsive and on-time. They were just overall wonderful!

Brian Carpenter - Tenor
Brian currently serves as Spiritual Life Pastor and Donor Care Director for Adult and Teen Challenge of Arkansas (ATCAR).
Before coming to ATCAR, Brian had 17 years experience in various administrative and leadership roles in Higher Education, Research, and Academic Medicine at UAMS. He earned his Bachelors of Arts in Organizational Management in 2004 from Philander Smith College graduating Magna Cum Laude and earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from UALR in 2017.
Jim Neal - Lead
Jim Neal was a vocal music major at Cornerstone University. He toured full time with The King's Quartet from Michigan where he sang lead and tenor. He has recorded seven albums prior to joining Premier Sound. He is Executive Pastor at Village Bible Church in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas.
Levan Hubbard - Baritone
Levan Hubbard is a native Arkansan. He attended Arkansas Tech University with a major in voice. He also attended the Stamps-Blackwood school of Music in Murray KY. HE sang with the Gospel Messengers and recorded three albums with them. His family sang as the Levan Hubbard Family and also made three recordings. He also performs with Arkansas Master Singers. He is now the pastor of Worship and Care Ministries at Village Bible Church in Hot Springs Village, AR.
