We had the best event, I never had to worry about anything during our Sons wedding. The team that was sent out were so accommodating and helpful. They worked well with our catering g team. Alex was our bar tender, everything g went smooth and he was always smiling. Edith , Kristen and Fatima worked so well together. It was so seamless. They even helped to fold up chairs and some tables as things winded down. So thankful to have Pour and More at our special event

Alicia and team came and setup and got ready with very little instruction. Did well with orders and keeping the line short. Overall great experience!

I do not recommend hiring this team because they cannot keep their promises. Their leader, Alicia, will say yes to doing everything and anything for you. She will make you feel like you will be taken care of and then the minute you point out her mistakes, she will not take accountability for her failures and say that you’re the one who is asking for too much. I trusted them based on their reviews and they let me down tremendously on my wedding day. I booked months in advance and so they knew prior to my wedding day exactly what time to be there, what needed to be done, and the location of the wedding. For someone who lives in Stockton that needed to get to Roseville, you would think they would already know about how heavy traffic is on a Friday afternoon. Allegedly, a “traffic accident” caused her and her team to be delayed by 2 hours. She never shows us a picture of this accident, only that the GPS was showing red all the way to my wedding. Alicia knew all of the set up and duties that was expected of her and her team upon arrival. Most of the work and set up needed to be done during cocktail hour. Since she did not show up on time, my wedding guests had to set up everything and miss cocktail hour. These were guests that flew in from Hawaii and Los Angeles, friends and family that had to miss out on the ceremony and had unnecessary stress thrust upon them instead of having fun, all because Alicia and her staff did not think ahead of time about how heavy traffic would be on a Friday afternoon. As soon as she and her team showed up, they only had the easiest tasks left to do: serve food and throw away trash. Although she and her team were nice to my guests, they were too eager to clear plates. Some of my guests were trying to get more food, but they already packed it up before making sure with anybody that it was OK. Some of my guests were not done eating and got their plate taken away after walking away for a minute. I did not ask her to stay past her time or do anything outside of the list of tasks I gave her ahead of time. Alicia took it upon herself and her team to stay late and do extra things that nobody asked her to do. Perhaps she assumed this would make up for missing the most important half of the work I had hired her to do. It was appreciated, but it was not what she was hired for, so I did not feel that it made up for her inconveniencing my wedding guests. When I asked for a partial refund, Alicia turned into a name-caller and assassinated my character to the point of causing me to have a nervous break down. Because of her attitude and unkind words to me for calling her out, I had a week-long mental health battle and became physically ill. Alicia refuses to take accountability for her mistakes. She does not see how grave her actions were at my wedding and afterwards. I am appalled by the sheer lack of empathy they have about failing as a company on someone’s wedding day. Alicia thought that saying sorry and a 10% refund would be enough to pay back for not doing 50% of the work. When I told her it wasn’t, she turned mean, put me down, and did not feel like she should be paying for her own mistakes. Alicia does not want to take responsibility for making me feel awful on what was supposed to be a special day in my life. She thinks that doing favors for you will be enough to overlook anything wrong that she and her team does. I greatly advise everyone to take caution if you are thinking of hiring them. Feel free to take a chance on them for a small or medium sized event, but if it’s an important occasion, I would not trust them.

There were excellent service for our family party. I would highly recommend them !
