To ensure a smooth and stunning setup, we kindly ask clients to provide the following:
• Clean, clear setup area (indoors or shaded outdoors preferred)
• Access to power (if using marquee lights or electric add-ons)
• Access to venue at least 1–2 hours before event start
• Flat, stable surfaces for backdrops and props
• Parking and unloading access near setup location

Outdoor setups must be weather-permitting and may require weights or additional securing (Pop Haus will advise as needed). If you have venue restrictions or time constraints, just let us know—we’re happy to work with your timeline and team!
