Amy was wonderful to work with! I was planning a 40th birthday cake surprise for a friend and I am not very creative, so I gave Amy a random list of his favorite things and basically said, “run with it!” She was incredibly easy to work with, communicative, responsive, and gave me several options at different price points. I really appreciated that she took the information I provided and then had the creative freedom to bring it all together.

She absolutely did not disappoint! The cake incorporated so many of those personal details in such a creative and thoughtful way, including photos of his dogs, and it turned out even better than I imagined. It was such a fun, unique cake that really felt personalized to him.

The birthday boy and all of the guests were incredibly impressed!

And, just as importantly, it tasted DELICIOUS. We chose a chocolate cake with strawberry mousse and fresh strawberry filling, and it was a huge hit.

I would absolutely recommend Amy to anyone looking for someone who is talented, creative, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. She took my scattered thoughts and turned them into something really special.

Polkadot Pony Sweets knocks each dessert order out of the park! Our wedding cake was above and beyond anything we ever could have dreamed for. We had a rough idea of flavors and design, but she went above and beyond to bring this gorgeous piece to life in ways we never would have thought of. We got so many compliments on it - the visuals and the taste (I’d argue hard to nail both, but she absolutely did) - and we couldn’t have been more thrilled with it. She made my wedding cake and all the guests were shook at not only how elaborate and beautiful it was but how amazing it tasted! They say you’re supposed to save a slice in your freezer and eat it again on your first wedding anniversary but it was so good that I could only wait 2 days. This woman is legit!
