What to expect
Any size, any place. We're able to provide top class polynesian entertainment from our conch shell blowing and lei greeting team, live dinner music island band, live heart-pounding, rhythmic island drumming, to the mesmerizing champion fireknife dancers.
Typically at doors open, our lei greeters and conch shell will signal when the guests arrive, greeting them with a lei and a smile of aloha.
We'll either have island track music playing at entrance or if the dinner is served right away, our live island band can play a 45 minute crowd interacting music section.
The 15 minutes between the actual show, the team will be preparing for the fire and hula show.
And that is where the real fun begins. With live island drumming, beautiful hula dancers, the sound of the conch shell blowing, fire spinning, and a charismatic MC, you'll be at the edge of your seat the whole evening wishing for more.
After the show, the entertainers will be more than happy to take photos with the guests.
About
The Polynesian Fire Luau has been operating since 2014 starting out in Myrtle Beach, SC with proud owners from the island of Hawaii and a family of Samoan entertainers from the island of Pago pago, American Samoa, who have competed and won several fireknife awards in the islands of Polynesia. With over 20 years of Polynesian entertainment experience including live music, dancing, drumming, and our champion fireknife team, Polynesian Fire was able to bring our own touch of paradise to the USA.
Joining hands with several amazing musical and performing polynesian artists already living in the mainland, we were able to expand our ohana to the sunny state of Florida and open up two more luaus in Daytona Beach and Orlando, Florida.
With our incredibly talented polynesian community, were confident in providing the best luau experience to any event location.
Additional booking notes
We provide our own sound and light team, but depending on the venue size and area, if a sound or light team is available location, we do recommend utilizing the one on hand who is more familiar with the acoustics and reaction of the sound in the room. Same goes for any light operator.
We provide our own playback music as well.

Influences and inspiration
Polynesian Fire is comprised of well-versed Polynesian Musician Arts as well as a team of world class fireknife dancers who have competed and danced on stages around the world including but not limited to Japan, Hawaii, American Samoa, Western Samoa, California, Utah, Florida, South Carolina, Australia, Arizona, and more.
Also one of the owners lived in the islands of hawaii with deep connections with luaus on the big island and had successfully ran a luau there before returning to his family in South Carolina.
Some of the feats accomplished by our team and have since shaped the way we operate include the Lavatai fireknife family coordinating the fire portion of the largest Pacific Arts Festival in Polynesia in 2008. This festival drew in cultural performances from around the polynesian islands including Papua New Guinea, Fiji, Tahiti, Guam, Cook Islands, and more.
