Contact us for an initial consultation. During this meetup, we'll get to know you and your event. We'll work to understand your goals, theme, and vibe. We'll discuss budget, must-haves, and special circumstances. After this meeting, we'll get together for our "pre-production meeting." We'll give you a list of the ideas we have to meet your goals and create your dream event. If we're on the right track, and you're happy to move forward, we'll move onto the contract phase. We require a non-refundable deposit. The deposit covers our next steps, reaching out to vendors to setup venue selection, catering, entertainment and all the elements of your event. Deposits for individual vendors will be set by those vendors and discussed between us to lock them in. Expect regular updates from our team (Daireen and Bethany). We are available during regular work hours for all your questions via phone, text or email. We want to make your dream event come to life, making it as special as you are!
