December 13, 2019I hired Justin for my daughter's third birthday party. Save your money. My phone pictures were better quality. All the pics were dark, did not capture any of the birthday details and angles were awful! I'm unsure why this person is on gigsalad? I feel ripped off.

I edited all the photos professionally and took photos of the entire event. When this customer complained, I ask a series of questions to try and figure out what went wrong, so I could remedy the situation. They refused to answer.
I offered to re edit them (by the way they looked great on my iMac). All this customer did was throw insults at me, rather than try to work out what the issues were ie. did they receive all the photos, were some too dark, but not all etc.
In essence, they refused my help and seemed rather to want to pick a fight then work with me to make sure they were happy.
