Need a piper for a special occasion such as an anniversary, birthday party or funeral? I have been playing the bagpipes at special occasions for over 30 years. I was "Pipe Major" of the Scarborough Red Hackle Pipes and Drums, and before that I competed with the 48th Highlanders Cadet Band.

Piper Dave played at my son’s wedding. His playing was amazing, even gaining the approval of the brides Scottish grandfather. Dave was also very flexible and drove to a different location for his performance - playing at the reception rather than the church - when our plans changed at the last minute. Highly recommend!

My name is Dave McGonigal. I have been playing the bagpipes at special occasions for over 40 years. I have piped at weddings, funerals, anniversaries, and birthday parties.
I started playing the bagpipes at the age of 12 and have continued to play over the past 40 years! I was "Pipe Major" in the Scarborough Red Hackle Pipes and Drums and have competed in several competitions over the years.
