Overview
I'm a pianist in Dunedin, FL, playing events across Tampa Bay. Weddings: elegant classical and romantic favorites for the ceremony and cocktail hour. Corporate events and dinner parties: refined classical background that keeps the room relaxed. Birthdays, retirement and holiday parties: soul, Motown, oldies and pop, with guests gathered around the piano to sing. Christmas parties are a specialty: carols and holiday favorites everyone knows. Classically trained, with competition experience in Paris, I study with world-class pianist Svetozar Ivanov in the master's in piano performance program at USF. Send me a wish list and I'll build the set around it. No piano? I can bring mine for a fee.

What to expect
A professional who makes your event easy. I confirm details with you ahead of time, arrive early to look over the piano and the room, dress for the occasion, and start on time.
For background music (weddings, cocktail hours, corporate dinners), you get continuous, elegant playing that sits under conversation without taking it over. I read the room and adjust.
Send me a wish list when you book and I'll build the set around it. I prefer to play your acoustic piano, however the venue doesn't have one, I can bring my own keyboard and sound for a fee.
About
Hi, I’m Jil, and I would love to play at your event.
I’m a classically trained pianist based in Dunedin, Florida. I studied piano performance in Paris, where I competed internationally, and I’m currently pursuing a master’s degree in piano performance at the University of South Florida under world-class pianist Svetozar Ivanov. I also serve as pianist and choir accompanist for a church in Clearwater, playing every week for services, rehearsals, and special events.
Alongside performing, I run a private piano studio and teach at Piano Distributors in Clearwater.
I can play an elegant classical ceremony or cocktail hour, keep a corporate dinner relaxed with background repertoire, or turn a birthday or holiday party into a sing-along around the piano with soul, oldies, and pop that everyone knows. Christmas parties are a favorite: carols and holiday songs in arrangements your guests can sing along to.
I prefer to play the venue’s acoustic piano and can bring my own keyboard and sound system for an additional fee when there isn’t one. I will arrive early, dress for the occasion, read the room, and take requests. Send me a wish list ahead of your event and I’ll build the set around it.
Additional booking notes
I prefer to play the venue's acoustic piano: nothing to set up, no power needed. Please have it tuned within the past six months or so, and placed where guests can gather around it if you want a sing-along. If there is no piano, I can bring my own 88-key keyboard and a small sound system for a $100 equipment fee; I need about 6 by 6 feet of floor space and one standard outlet, and I arrive 30 minutes early to set up. For rooms over about 75 guests, or outdoor events, the venue should provide sound reinforcement. Typical bookings run 60 to 180 minutes; longer by arrangement. Travel within about 60 miles of Dunedin is included in my fee.
