Customized overlay $20.00. PhotoFavs, LLC will forward the client a draft to preview. The client has 2 hours to request modifications. Afterward, modifications cannot be made.( 2 modifications free of charge, then $5 fee for any additional other modifications) No refunds. Animated overlays 2 hours to request modification. Only one modification because of the render's timing.

Payment:
A non-refundable deposit in the amount of $100.00 of the total cost is due upon signing of this contract in order to reserve the desired event date. The remaining amount is due 14 days in advance of the client’s event date.

Date Changes and Cancellations:
Any event cancellation must be provided in writing at least 10 days prior to the event date (e.g. text or email). Cancellation by the client for any reason shall forfeit all fees previously paid prior to the cancellation. PhotoFavs, LLC shall attempt to accommodate any date change requests, but no assurance can be given that the 360 photo booth will be available on the desired date.
Attendant Cancellation:
In the event that Photofavs, LLC has to cancel the event, the client has the right to: 1). receive a full refund upon written request, or 2). reschedule another event within 180 days of the original event date. And neither party shall have any further obligations or additional liability under this agreement.
Damage to Equipment and Refusal:
The client acknowledges that he/she shall be responsible for any damage or loss to the equipment including misuse of the equipment by the client or his/her guests (invited or uninvited); or any theft or disaster (including but not limited to fire or flood). Client acknowledges Photofavs, LLC shall have the right to decline service to Clients’ guest (invited or uninvited) for misuse, inappropriate photographs, or unruly behavior.
Bodily Injury/Illness Guest Wavier:
By signing this contract, the Client understands and agrees that he/she is fully responsible for any bodily injuries and/or illness for each guest that chooses to use Photofavs, LLC. In an addition, Photofavs, LLC will not be responsible for illness or injuries that take place at the event or while using Photofavs, LLC.
Photo Release:
The client hereby grants permission to use any photographs, video, or other digital media in any and all of the company publications. Client, on behalf of its guests and invites, hereby waives any rights to inset or approve the finished products wherein likeness may appear. The client waives any royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of any such photo.
Inclement Weather:
Photofavs, LLC Photobooth reserves the right, in good faith, to cease the operation should the weather pose a potential danger to our personnel, the equipment, or guests. Since safety is paramount in all decisions, PhotoFavs, LLC Photobooth compensation will not be affected if operation is ended. Photofavs will not issue refunds for any reason, including inclement weather. Photofavs will work with client to reschedule the rental within 90 days of the event date, for the safety of all parties involved,
Outdoor Events Inclement Weather
If the venue is to be held outdoors client understands the photo booth can be shut down during the event due to inclement weather (wind, rain, snow, hail or sleet). If there is inclement weather and the photo booth has to be shut down, the event will be cancelled and any monies given is non-refundable. We suggest that client have a contingency plan in place for outdoor events to prevent a possible shut down due to inclement weather. A contingency plan can be to have indoor space available at time of the event so the event can be moved indoors prior to setting up. Or client can have a protective tent covering at the event. Photofavs, LLC will only set up and break down equipment one time so please plan accordingly.
