I'm a poet ~ spoken word artist. I'm a freestyle master. I weave words for literally ALL occasions. I'm the pastors poet. I'm the dead peoples poet. I'm an advocate poet for all social ills to include gun violence, domestic violence, human trafficking, etc.. I'm also a host~emcee and motivational speaker. I do voice-overs.

February 28, 2024Mrs. Butterfly was very professional and courteous through out our entire experience. She was early, attentive to our associate base diversity and performed an amazing show. We brought her to perform as part of our celebration of Black History Month but while trying to be inclusive of our entire associate base. We had people coming, going and staying through out the performance but that did not deter or distract her. Would recommend again.

I'm a native of Miami. Been penning poetry since the age of 10. Started out on the poetry scene in May of 1997. Took the leap to be a full-time poet ~ spoken word artist August of 2002. Released my first album A Poet's Pen in October of 2002. I mastered freestyling my poetry in August of 2002. It tends to innocently get me in trouble as people are interested in having a copy of it but at the same time are blown away at the idea of me creating something for the occasion on the spot. I've opened up for Monica, Kem, Stephanie Mills, CeCe Winans, Pastor Shirley Caesar, and Deniece Williams. I had the honor and privilege to serenade Senator John Lewis, Nikki Giovanni, Angela Davis, Fantasia(made her cry), Keke Palmer(made her cry), Maxwell(made him tear up), Keith Sweat, Congresswoman Frederica Wilson, Charlie Wilson, and Anita Marks. I'm a sought after poet for all occasions. I stay ready. I go wherever words are desired. No such thing as last minute for me. If you call at 8 a.m. for a 10 a.m. event the same day, I'll be there if my schedule is open.
