Skillfully blending organic movements from hip-hop, tribal fusion to modern dance, Phoenix is a California-based fire dancer, breather, and eater. Phoenix is a devoted multi-prop fire dancer of 11 years, wielding over 13 different types of fire tools. Allow this goddess to hypnotize you with the flow of fire and leave your audience talking about your event for days to come.
Phoenix has performed for many private events and has traveled to perform at festivals around the world such as Voodoo Festival New Orleans, Envision Festival, Lightning in a Bottle, Electric Daisy Las Vegas, and more.

Phoenix did an incredible job. She was the most professional of our visiting performers. She showed up at our requested late night time, in cold weather and performed like it was 80 degrees outside - when it was actually 40 degrees. She came dressed for the occasion and brought a lot of great skill with fire, music and responding to the crowd. She is super talented with dancing and the fire and beautiful to watch. I highly recommend this creative and talented professional!

We have hired Janet Voyager a half dozen times to lend her firey spirit to our events. She brings a level of skill, creativity, costuming and exquisite beauty to an event, awing those in attendance. She is consistently altering her performance to suit the theme or mood, making her a highlight of any performance based celebration. She leverages all photos and video opportunities while performing so the results are as rewarding as watching her perform. Often with these performers, it is difficult to nail them down on booking or compensation, but Janet is easy to work with, making her delightful to hire on a regular basis. Her performances are pyre of smoldering embers afterward, begging to be rekindled again and again!

What to Expect
I provide all of the supplies for my performances- I will just need a space to put them and a 10x10 space to perform! Each fire performance is about 5 min with about a 2 minute re-set up time in between. You just have to tell me what theme is your event and I will supply my own outfit. From kid friendly to adult friendly, I can do it all! Just let me know your vision and we can co create an unforgettable party together.
With social distancing, I have many masks and will maintain a 6 feet distance between everyone. If you just have a space for me to safely perform, I can set everything up without needing your help and we will be good to go!
Typically I perform as a solo artist, but if you would like MORE just let me know and I have a group of experienced fire performers ready for go, with full choreography.
About
With 10 years of experience, I am able to fluidly perform fire dance with many fire props including: my two custom fire headdresses, fire sword, fire umbrella (11 wicks), folding fans (10 wicks), dragon staff (10 wicks), hooping (5 wicks), fire fans (10 wicks), double staff (4 wicks), fire palms (2 wicks) and the fire breathing technique. Set to provide a unique mystical aura for your event, allow me to draw the audience in with sacred fire for the most magical experience to remember.
No fire for your event? No worries! LED tools are available. I am also an experienced belly dancer and burlesque performer with many fun tools such as silk fans, ostrich fans, swords, veil, and more!
I have had experience in dancing for Electric Daisy Carnival, Voodoo Festival New Orleans, Lightning in a Bottle, Envision Festival Costa Rica, Bamboo Bass Festival Costa Rica, Berber San Francisco, coordinate performances at the Midway in San Francisco and many more.
