May 25, 20261st time experienced a child care onsite, and Petite Guests did really great. My toddler cried for a bit but Maya was detailed on updating me about my child.
They do have lots of activities and fun toys to entertain children.
Personally love this idea if you’re looking for child care onsite, petite guests will surely the best option.

The vendors were very professional, on time and delivered exactly what was agreed upon. One of the vendors through this service was ‘Hey the clown’ and my kids are still talking about how much they enjoyed the clown show with their cousins! From start to finish, she handled everything — finding vendors, designing the setup with linens and flowers, and even customizing gorgeous party favors from abroad. She worked within our budget but made it feel so high-end.
She ordered food and desserts from multiple caterers, set up a stunning backdrop and lights, and even thought of details we never imagined — like a tea & coffee station with a framed quote and a playlist since we couldn’t hire a DJ.

From weddings and conferences to galas, fundraisers, and private celebrations, we transform any space into a child-friendly haven filled with laughter, creativity, and memorable moments. Our staff are all CPR and First Aid certified, fully background-checked, and trained to keep kids safe, engaged, and comfortable. We maintain a safe child-to-staff ratio, and every event has safety equipment onsite — first aid bags, and choking devices — along with accident report forms to ensure transparency. Petite Guests ensures safe check ins and check out procedures. Parents also complete a child information form before the event, so we’re aware of allergies, needs, and special requests. Every event also includes a simple water station, making sure children stay refreshed and cared for throughout the celebration.
Cleanliness is also a top priority. We sanitize all surfaces and toys before and after every event, use safe cleaning products, and ensure the children’s space stays fresh, hygienic, and inviting.
We think of the small details, too — wipes, tissues, hair ties, and other essentials are always on hand. There’s a calming corner with mats for children who need quiet time, and a cozy reading area for those who prefer stories and calm moments. Kids who want active fun enjoy open-ended and educational toys, games, and group activities that spark creativity, encourage teamwork, and keep the atmosphere lively.
Every event is different, so we also offer special add-ons to personalize the experience. Whether it’s a movie corner with blankets and popcorn, custom gift boxes for each child, a bounce house or inflatable, craft stations, or themed extras like science shows, puppet theater, face painting, balloon art, or princess story time, we love creating magical touches. Families can even choose a dance party setup with bubbles, lights, and music that kids will remember long after the event.
One of the most important aspects we focus on is respectful and gentle care for the children. We love children as if they were our own, and we make sure that each and every one of them feels safe, comfortable, and happy throughout the event.
At Petite Guests, our mission is about more than just supervision. It’s about creating cherished memories for families. Parents leave knowing their children were safe, happy, and cared for, and kids leave with new friends, creative keepsakes, and stories they’ll be excited to share. Because when your event matters, every guest matters — especially the petite ones.
We don’t require staging, lighting, or sound equipment. What helps us provide the best care is a safe, designated space for children. Ideally, the space includes:
• Bathrooms close by and drinking water available for kids
• Trash bins and clean room before the event
• Spacious area with tables and chairs (child-size preferred, standard acceptable)
• Safe, child-proof emergency exits that are unlocked but secure
• Adequate lighting, ventilation, and temperature control
• Access to power outlets (for fans, music, or add-ons if requested)
• Wi-Fi or cell service for communication if needed
• Room access 1 hour before and after for setup and cleanup
• Secure space with restricted access to parents and team members only
We don’t have a fixed set list — instead, we tailor the music to fit the event. We can play anything organizers or couples request. Music will be incorporated throughout: fun tunes during games, calming background music, timeless classics, and upbeat songs for dancing and celebration.
My biggest influence has been my own children. They inspire me to create spaces where kids can truly be kids, safe, happy, and free to enjoy their time while making wonderful memories.

We require at least 1.5–2 hours of access to the children’s space before the event for setup, and at least 45 minutes after for cleanup. For larger groups or customized setups, additional setup time may be needed.
If snacks or drinks are requested as part of a package or add-on, we’ll need a designated table or area for serving.
