We had a wonderful experience with this florist! The flower arrangement for my father-in-law’s 70th birthday was absolutely beautiful and exceeded our expectations. The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and arranged with great care and attention to detail. Most importantly, the delivery was right on time, which helped make his special day even more memorable.

About
Rose Study is the founder and owner of Roses Say Floral Design, an award-winning floristry business in Chino Hills, California. After a 25-year banking career, she followed her passion for flowers and launched a creative business specializing in weddings, special events, life celebrations, and everyday florals.
Roses Say is known for Rose’s signature concept of placing greeting-card sentiments on roses. Her personalized real and silk roses may feature names, logos, photographs, scriptures, and meaningful messages, creating memorable gifts for every occasion.
Rose earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University, Los Angeles. She expanded her floral expertise through advanced studies with renowned designers Preston Bailey and David Tutera and earned her Certified Floral Designer designation through the American Institute of Floral Designers (AIFD).
Her work has been featured at prestigious events and for notable clients, including the Oscars’ after-party, the Grammys, Warner Bros., Amazon, celebrities, and other distinguished organizations. Her honors include NAWBO Rising Star, Business of the Year, Entrepreneur of the Year, Spirit of the Entrepreneur finalist, and multiple Readers’ Choice Florist awards.
