July 21, 2026I had the most incredible experience with Mazdak. I had a Persian girls night with a small group of my close friends and was looking for a special surprise to treat us. Mazdak and his Kamancheh posting caught my eyes. I love Kamancheh and it's extremely rare to find an artist who plays outside of Iran. He was very quick to respond and open to my ask, even though it was oddly a small audience size. He suggested adding a second artist to make the outcome more dynamic, and I'm so glad I took his offer. I booked them within hours, they arrived on time to my party and delivered the most moving, curated, and beautiful experience for me and my guests. Mazdak is a master at Kamancheh yet he was so down to earth that he took requests from us and played a variety of our favorite songs and we sang along. He also played beautiful solo pieces. My friends have been raving about this experience non-stop and keep asking me how I managed to find such a gem. It was like having a private concert in my living room. If you are debating on this, I would 100% recommend doing yourself a favor and booking. Worth every penny, truly an unforgettable experience.
