Proposal and Agreement:
Based on our initial discussion, I’ll provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of services, estimated costs, and a timeline. Once you’re happy with the plan, we’ll move forward with a formal agreement.

Planning and Design:
Together, we’ll develop a comprehensive plan, including theme development, venue selection, and vendor recommendations. I’ll present you with curated options and creative ideas to bring your vision to life.

Vendor Coordination:
I’ll handle all communications and logistics with vendors, from securing contracts to finalizing details. This includes caterers, florists, entertainment, and any other necessary services.

Regular Updates and Meetings:
Throughout the planning process, I’ll provide regular updates and schedule meetings as needed to ensure everything is progressing smoothly. Your input is crucial, and I’m here to answer any questions and make adjustments as needed.

Detailed Timeline and Itinerary:
As the event date approaches, I’ll create a detailed timeline and itinerary, coordinating with all vendors and stakeholders to ensure everyone is on the same page.

Event Day Management:
