December 12, 2022Reggie has been our family go to for DJ services for years ! He is a delight to work with and listens intently to the experience we are looking to create for our family events . Recently I hired him for DJ services , a 360 booth , & up lighting for my 40th birthday party and he did not disappoint ! He touched base with me leading up to the event to understand my vision , arrived promptly the day of the event , & provided excellent service during the event . Reggie offers fair prices for top notch services !

September 19, 2022Perfect Vibe DJ was an absolute VIBE to work with. You can spend all the time and money on decor and invites, but if the DJ can’t move the crowd it is pointless. However, Perfect Vibe DJ exceeded my expectations!
It started with the initial consultation. He asked the right questions to get a feel of the type of party I was planning. He was responsive and patient as we curated a playlist. The 90’s/2000’s music that he played kept us dancing and grooving. He also provided uplighting that set the mood!!!!
He managed the mood and the dance floor with expertise. What really stood out for me was that he remembered the small details in our initial consultation and incorporated them into the playlist. I was so overwhelmed and impressed that I was moved to tears. It was a complete pleasure working with Perfect Vibe DJ. I highly recommend you book ASAP so that your party can be a complete success too.

From the initial contact to the last song of the night, DJ Unknown will make sure your event is covered from beginning to end. His goal is your total satisfaction. From DJing, sound management, and lighting design, DJ Unknown is the total package that can deliver just the outcome you were looking for.
Reginald Pickens also affectionately known as DJ Unknown has been in the business of creating party atmospheres shortly after graduating high school in 1997.
Together with his classmate DJ Tantrum and a few other friends, they joined a DJ crew called "The Wizards of Wax" in 1999. They started out deejaying local high school and college parties around the Houston surrounding areas.
Born and raised in Houston, TX, he was introduced to music at an early age by his father who had a love for the oldies. Before he could begin to enjoy the music of the time (early 80's), he was introduced to jazz, funk, country, and pop of the 50's, 60's, and 70's that helped mold his current library of music. He is well versed in many other genres of music, adding Latin, African, and many other international styles of music to his musical arsenal.
He has 15+ years of experience in wedding receptions, private parties, holiday celebrations and corporate events. He is skilled in dance floor/ decorative lighting and professional sound installation.
He is also a professional Master of Ceremony that can guide the flow of an event smoothly and efficiently while keeping the mood consistent.
He has the ability to please all ages from the young to the "seasoned" and is able to bridge the gap between the decades using the melodies of music.
