Our couples are important to us, Hilary takes the time to sit down and get to know the couples personally. It is an honor to be such a big part of such an important day in your life. Hilary was the best possible officiant my husband and I could have asked for! We had a meeting before the wedding where she asked us about ourselves, and from that, she was able to craft the perfect ceremony for us. We did not have a reading planned (and didn't know what we wanted) but she had us covered! It was the very earnest and fit our ceremony to a T. I would definitely recommend her services to others, especially if you feel you need some guidance on what you want out of the ceremony!

Expect nothing less than perfection when you book Hilary. Your event is planned around your specific needs. Hilary strides to meet every expectation for your event. She will work closely with you to determine the details needed for her to work her magic.
The first consultation is free. Hilary will not accept a Gig without determining she is capable of delivering you the event.
First consultations consist of an interview process. This is to get to know you or your company. There will be many questions about your event. She will also answer any questions you have and encourages you to voice concerns or request clarification.
From there you will be involved as little or as much as you see fit. Some clients enjoy being involved in every detail and to communicate several times a day, others just put there trust in Hilary and she handles the rest. Hilary tends to each clients specific needs. She is very open with communication and is a self starter. This allows her to work with many different client types.
After the first consultation, the number of meetings will very to the amount of involvement the client chooses. The day before the event she will meet one last time to go over the following day with you and confirm any questions.
Day of coordination is standard with all events. She will be there to make sure things run smoothly the day off and for the duration of the event.
If you choose to not have day of coordination, you can specify this in the first consultation.
All clients will receive an event contract listing all specifications agreed upon at the time of booking.
Event Planning is a passion for Hilary. Her goal is to provide the best services available for you and your guests.
Hilary is ordained with the Universal Church of Life. She made the decision to become ordained after realizing how hard it was to get married in her home county. Alabama's court houses had stopped performing ceremonies locally. This did not leave many options for couples. Weddings can be expensive and too many people were just giving up of matrimony because of this. Hilary committed herself to becoming the most affordable officiant locally. She worked with couples, even lowering rates and giving away weddings to those who just wanted a life together. She built Perfect moments as a community based business. She only works with other small business owners, never large franchised bakeries or florists. Hilary believes that everyone deserves love. She commits herself to helping find the event perfect for you and your budget. In 2016 Hilary relocated to Kansas and as of July 2017 has opened her business up to the Kansas and Missouri area.
