Jonathan Cinelli is a Project Management Professional (PMP), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC), an electrician, and a former IBEW 353 member with over 30 years of experience rooted in the construction industry. Jonathan demonstrates a highly specialized, forward-thinking approach to business—designed for sustainability—with an emphasis on continued growth and adaptability.
Jonathan’s intuitive approach and collaborative problem-solving have supported construction teams in achieving exceptional outcomes and setting new standards. Utilizing the fundamentals of project management, coupled with his background in business, construction, and brain-based coaching, Jonathan understands the critical components that lead to highly effective teams.
He helps you get the most out of your workforce, vendors, and clients by focusing on retention, performance, and curiosity. This organically produces results, mitigates burnout and exhaustion, and amplifies performance—creating better experiences for everyone.
In addition to coaching, speaking at conferences, and teaching leadership fundamentals to construction teams, Jonathan is also part of the York University project management faculty and serves as a panel advisor for the Project Management Institute board.
A lifelong advocate for learning, Jonathan is a natural connector who genuinely enjoys sharing his insight and knowledge. When not talking construction, you can find him immersed in the sporting world, discussing mindset training with youth athletes.
Jonathan—a husband and father of two—is deeply in love with his family and spends the rest of his leisure time at their home in Toronto.
