She anticipated and accounted for all eventualities involved with the event so that anything that came up last minute was easily addressed. On top of that, she did it with a smile and great humor, which is more valuable than you may realize.

I hosted a premiere for an action short film I directed, and Gianna seamlessly stepped in to support every detail—from sourcing supplies and designing the layout to managing the run of show. Her organization and creativity made the entire event feel effortless.
PLUS, she baked an incredible red velvet cake with cream cheese frosting that was absolutely delicious. The cake featured a custom design of the film’s unsettling clown character, and it was spot-on and memorable! I highly recommend working with Gianna for any event—you’ll be in great hands.

Gianna was the coordinator for both my wedding shower and wedding reception/ceremony and she talked to and coordinated vendors, organized people and props, put out *figurative* fires, and took the weight of anything logistical so all I had to do was focus on enjoying my special day(s) and making memories! Honestly, we got as many compliments about her as we did my dress and the venue. She is a huge reason why both events were as enjoyable and incredible as they were.

Hi, I’m Gianna — the planner behind Peak Efficiency Events.
Event planning has been a central part of my professional life for over a decade. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Theatre with a focus on Stage Management and Production, where I developed the organizational, logistical, and problem-solving skills that translate perfectly into managing complex events.
Since then, I’ve worked across many areas of the event industry. My experience includes producing and coordinating large-scale events with over 1,200 guests, managing logistics for multiple on-site productions, and professionally assisting with event setup, operations, and cleanup for more than 10 years.
I also served as the Operations Manager for a wedding venue in Hyde Park, where I oversaw event logistics, vendor coordination, timelines, and day-of execution for weddings and private events. That experience gave me valuable insight into what it takes behind the scenes to ensure an event runs smoothly.
My approach to planning is simple: organization, efficiency, and attention to detail. From the first idea to the final cleanup, I work to make sure every element of your event is thoughtfully coordinated and stress-free.
