She uses her tools and techniques on peace and balance to work with others. Her mission is to help women realize being overwhelmed, burned out, and frustrated can be managed. Adversity can become challenging when you are not sure how to work through the mishaps of life. Journaling your journey is one of the strategic tips which has helped me. My job is to show additional ways to get moving, where you pull up, push out, and get to living again.

Kimberly Byers is an author, speaker, coach, and mentor. She is the founder and CEO of “ByHers Peace of Mind”, a company that empowers women to find PEACE in their over-burdened lives! Kim is a transformational speaker, who influences women to find ways outside of the norm to regain clarity and a commitment to self-care. This 28-year Army retired senior non-commissioned officer has been interviewed by local radio stations on how she created harmony in her busy life and still finds time to help others. Her mission is to help women realize that being overwhelmed, burned out, and frustrated can be managed.

Kim provides one-on-one coaching, group coaching, speaking, and online training to help shift lives and careers. Her strong and structured career in the military, being goal-oriented and people-focused, allows her to give clients what they need. Her beliefs with a focused people-first personality allow her to give clients a way forward when they are stuck.
